Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation seeks a Warehouse Associate in Suwanee, GA to support our logistics center operations. You will verify products, receive shipments, and manage inventory on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.

You will contribute to multiple picking processes, assist with forklift duties, and participate in safety and training programs as needed to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required for level I; level II requires 1 year forklift/machine experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving to meet customer satisfaction.
• Receive packages and store them properly.
• Maintain integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of trucks/trailers.
• Unpack goods and check against purchase orders or invoices.
• Execute various pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift if needed.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Logistics Center in a variety of ways, helping us to assure that our customers are getting their product in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected. We’re excited to meet with you!

What You'll Do

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction
• In receiving ensure that all packages are received properly and put away properly
• In inventory control ensure integrity of the cycle count process
• Loading/unloading ensure that trucks/trailers are handled appropriately
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Complete pick functions encompassing all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift

What We're Looking For

• For level I roles, no previous warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred
• For level II roles, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent forklift/machine operating experience
