Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our New Jersey Logistics Center. You will help ensure timely, efficient product flow and team collaboration to meet deadlines, with potential for advancement. The role pays $18/hour and offers benefits supporting career growth.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, receiving, put-away, and cycle counting, plus loading/unloading and potential forklift operation. No experience needed for level I; level II requires forklift experience.

Qualifications

• For level I roles, no prior warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.
• For level II roles, at least 1 year of forklift/machine operating experience is needed.

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to meet customer satisfaction.
• Receive packages and ensure proper placement and storage.
• Maintain integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
• Load and unload goods; handle trucks/trailers as required.
• Unpack goods and check against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick functions across Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.

Job description

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Logistics Center in a variety of ways, helping us to assure that our customers are getting their product in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected. We’re excited to meet with you! $18/hr.

What you’ll do

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction
• In receiving ensure that all packages are received properly and put away properly
• In inventory control ensure integrity of the cycle count process
• Loading/unloading ensure that trucks/trailers are handled appropriately
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Complete pick functions encompassing all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift

What we’re looking for

For level I roles, no previous warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.

For level II roles, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent forklift/machine operating experience.
