SPC Mechanical Corporation in Wendell, NC seeks a field-oriented CAD technician to support Trimble-based projects. You will advise Superintendents and Project Managers on pin-pointing pipe systems, hangers, sleeves, and underground piping in the field, and assist with CADD tasks such as placing Trimble points.
The role requires hands-on field work, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to read drawings and write clear reports, while continuously learning new Trimble and CAD tools to improve
Acts as key technical and implementation source for Trimble for assigned projects and maintains effective relationships with design, project, and client teams. Provides guidance to Superintendents and Project Managers on the location of pipe systems, hangers, sleeves, underground piping, and many more while in the field.
