Cross Creek Grounds is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Leader to supervise and coordinate field crews across residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality work and safety. You’ll organize routes, equipment, and daily tasks, train crew members, and communicate with supervisors to keep projects on schedule and standards high.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor; supervision preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily landscape maintenance operations.
• Help crews complete mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanups efficiently.
• Inspect properties to maintain quality standards.
• Organize equipment, materials, and trailers for daily departures.
• Communicate route updates and customer concerns with supervisors.
• Train team members on safety and landscaping techniques.
• Keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
• Assist with meeting production goals and completing jobs on time.

Cross Creek Grounds is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Leader to support and lead our field crews across residential and commercial properties.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and can help keep crews organized and productive throughout the day. You’ll work directly alongside your team while helping ensure routes, properties, and equipment stay on track.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily landscape maintenance operations
• Help crews complete mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanups efficiently
• Inspect properties throughout the day to maintain quality standards
• Organize equipment, materials, and trailers before leaving the shop
• Communicate with supervisors regarding route updates, property concerns, or customer requests
• Train team members on safe equipment operation and proper landscaping techniques
• Keep trucks, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with maintaining production goals and completing jobs on time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor environments
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with commercial landscaping equipment and maintenance practices
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices for job tracking and communication
