Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in St. Augustine / Palm Coast area is seeking a full-time lawn care technician who can operate commercial equipment and deliver quality landscaping services. You’ll mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties, working with your crew leader to uphold high standards.

Pay ranges $17.50–$22.00/hour with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses. We offer health insurance, life insurance, IRA match, PTO and paid holidays, and room to grow

Qualifications

• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Physical stamina: 8–10 hours outside in Florida weather.
