Village Green Landscapes in Savage, MN is seeking a seasonal full-time Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver. Pay range $18.00-$22.00/hour DOE. Position involves lawn maintenance tasks, operating equipment, and driving company vehicles.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, able to pass a pre-employment drug test, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and have or obtain a DOT health card. Year-round employment may be possible for snow removal duties.

Possibility for year-round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver work in crews to complete lawn maintenance and ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver

• Ability to perform tasks related to lawn maintenance
• Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, string trimmers, pruners, and backpack blowers
• Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written
• Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
• Ability to drive company vehicles as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
