Position Overview

Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time outdoor position that involves both lawn maintenance and landscaping responsibilities.

Team members will assist with maintaining residential properties, operating equipment, supporting landscaping projects, and working alongside a crew to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, digging, and property improvements.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and tools.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work closely with crew members to complete daily assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred.
• Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment is a plus.

Compensation and Schedule
