Job summary

A local lawn care company in Lindale is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily operations and manage a maintenance crew. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance, strong leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Competitive pay of $20-$21/hr plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lawn maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew to complete daily lawn maintenance tasks.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
• Conduct morning huddles to set goals and delegate responsibilities.
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold company standards on every job.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent our company with professionalism.
