Job summary
DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise and hands-on manage landscaping projects for our commercial clients. You will lead a crew, prepare and operate equipment, and ensure safety and quality in the field.
The role requires at least 1 year of landscaping experience, preferred supervisory background, and a valid Chauffeur's license. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks.Crew Leadersin this department are responsible forpreparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‑on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.
- Competitive base pay:$20 - $24 +/hr.,based on experience
