Job summary

United Land Services is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a 3-5 member crew on commercial landscape projects. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with client sites to maintain pristine conditions and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a Crew Leader role, lawn maintenance or landscape installation experience, and must be available to work extended hours Monday through Friday.

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.
