Job summary

Blue Ribbon Outdoor seeks a Lawn Care/Landscape Care Crew Member to deliver high-quality lawn and landscape services. You will perform mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, seeding, and weed control while maintaining equipment and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires outdoor work, adherence to safety PPE, and teamwork with little supervision. Candidates should be physically capable and ready to contribute to a high-standard outdoor service team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care and landscape techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE consistently.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and hours worked.
• Work independently or with a team to complete tasks efficiently.
