ForceSource is hiring a Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic groundskeeping team. You will perform mowing, edging, planting, watering, and routine landscape maintenance to keep properties attractive and safe year-round.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Lawn Care Worker, where your passion for outdoor work, healthy outdoor spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure properties look their best year-round. Your expertise in groundskeeping, equipment operation, and plant care will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' outdoor environments. Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Perform mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and watering to promote healthy growth and attractive landscapes
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper landscape maintenance and pest management practices
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all groundskeeping activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and grounds to identify maintenance needs or hazards requiring attention

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment operation
• Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, and pruning techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools including trimmers and blowers
• Ability to identify plants, pests, weeds, and signs of disease or damage in outdoor environments
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work and equipment use
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
