Job summary

Greg's Services LLC is seeking a Chemical Applicator Technician to safely apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care treatments on residential and commercial properties. You will operate specialized equipment, maintain logs, and communicate with customers about schedules and basic maintenance advice.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CORE and 3OT certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3OT and CORE Certification
• Valid Driver's License required
• Experience on fertilization Z-Spray machine preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
• Good communication skills and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides and other lawn treatment products according to company standards and state regulations
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and ride-on application units
• Evaluate lawn conditions to identify weeds, insects, disease, and lawn health issues
• Follow proper chemical handling, mixing, storage, and disposal procedures in compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate service records, application logs, and customer treatment notes
• Communicate with customers regarding lawn care services, treatment schedules, and basic recommendations for lawn maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of application equipment and vehicles
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company in a courteous manner
• During Winter season, assist with snow and ice operations
• All other duties as assigned
