Lawn Doctor is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join the Brewster area team. The role focuses on delivering professional lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and pest control services for residential customers.

You will work outdoors, operate equipment, and interact with customers to ensure healthy, green lawns while maintaining safety and meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications.
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services.
• Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments.
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options.
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
• Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation.
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
