Responsibilities

• Safely apply fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and other lawn care chemicals.
• Follow routes to complete daily scheduled services on time.
• Evaluate lawn conditions to determine treatments.
• Operate and maintain application equipment with calibration.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and education.
• Document and communicate complex customer concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Maintain certifications/licenses for chemical application.
• Keep accurate records of treatments and inventory.
