Lawn Doctor of Lawrenceville-Suwanee is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors who treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, and offer new services to customers and prospects in the field.

If you enjoy working outdoors, working independently with minimal supervision, and want to make a difference one lawn at a time, we would love to talk with you. We believe that supporting employee growth helps grow our business.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance. Previous experience in lawn care or pest control is required. Candidates must also have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check

We offer a competitive salary, sales commissions, and performance bonuses, with an estimated annual income of $27,000 to $37,000, depending on attendance and performance. Benefits include 5 paid holidays (after 90 days) and paid vacation (after 6 months).

Position start date: January 2023.
