Job summary

Lawn Doctor Inc. in Newberg, OR is seeking a Lawn Care Technician dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused services. You will apply environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and present new services while in the field.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance. Oregon Dept. of Agriculture licensing is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Oregon Dept. of Agriculture (ODA) licensing or be eligible for training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services.
• Apply environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns.
• Perform shop work and present new services to customers in the field.
• Be a brand ambassador while in the field.

Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but must-haves are:

• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to work at a fast pace to meet production goals
