Job summary

Kapps Green Lawn is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to perform lawn care services, aeration and fertilization, and general landscaping tasks. This full-time role focuses on outdoor work, operating and maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

Starting pay is $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus bonus based on experience; training provided; valid driver's license required; you will join a friendly team that values safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid drivers license required.
