Teed and Brown a Thrive Brand LLC is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join Thrive and deliver top-quality lawn care. You will perform soil analysis, diagnose turf conditions, and apply integrated treatments to create lush, healthy landscapes for clients.

You will also provide seeding, aeration, and landscape enhancements while educating clients about their properties. Maintain independence by managing your territory, ensuring safety, quality, and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various equipment and lift up to 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence to work autonomously.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication with clients.
• Valid Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License or ability to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform soil analysis and diagnose turf, palm, and shrub conditions.
• Apply organic, hybrid, integrated, and nutrient-based treatments to control pests and diseases.
• Provide seeding, aeration, and other landscape enhancement services.
• Educate clients by offering comprehensive property information.
• Manage your own territory with pride and independence.
