Job summary

Grounds Guys is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform front-line landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, and pruning. You will work outdoors in all weather, performing physical tasks and lifting 35–80 pounds as needed.

Prior landscaping experience is preferred; a clean driving record is required. We offer training within six months and opportunities to grow into higher-level roles as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or lawn service experience.
• Experience with lawn maintenance equipment required.
• Clean driving history required.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Physically able to lift 35–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, and pruning.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, performing physical tasks.
• Wrap up and prep work for the next day.
• Maintain high quality and service delivery.
• Utilize processes to track hours and tasks.
