Agape Lawns is hiring Lawn Care Laborer(s) for an immediate full-time opportunity in Durham, NC. Starting pay is $20 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay and potential bonuses.

Roles include operating zero-turn mowers, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Applicants should have landscaping experience (preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 35–80 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently to maintain residential and commercial properties
• Perform detailed lawn maintenance using string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds for a clean, finished appearance
• Trim around obstacles, fences, and structures with precision
• Blow off hard surfaces (sidewalks, driveways, patios) to ensure a polished final result
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality standard on every job

Requirements

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required, along with experience operating and maintaining equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly.
