Commercial Lawn Care Inc. is seeking reliable Grounds Crew Members to maintain commercial properties in the North Kansas City area. This full-time, year-round role offers consistent weekday hours and overtime opportunities with a competitive hourly wage.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, can operate lawn care equipment safely, and show up on time. Prior experience is a plus but not required, and there is potential for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate commercial lawn care equipment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
• Lawn care or grounds maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial lawns and landscaped areas
• Operate string trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, and other lawn care equipment
• Complete trimming, edging, blowing, and general property cleanup
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment
• Inspect and properly care for tools used throughout the workday
• Follow safety procedures and crew instructions
• Work efficiently with other team members to complete scheduled properties
• Perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
