The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in accounts receivable. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, performing audits, and leading business collections efforts. Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard accounts receivable policies, processes, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an AR portfolio with updated and accurate notes.
• Document collection status on each matter using the firm’s internal system.
• Perform E-bill Audit.
• Collect on open invoices through monthly communication.
• Business to business collections.
• Reconcile payments with AR ledger and correct discrepancies.
• Identify client refunds due to overpayments.
