Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or adjacent field.
• Detailed knowledge of the Kansas law enforcement community and Midwest policy trends.
• Strong public speaking, travel readiness, and ability to build strategic relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships focused on Kansas and the Midwest, with possible global outreach.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement offices, including Kansas AG's Office.
• Plan and run educational programs for law enforcement and external stakeholders on platform safety and policies.
• Identify and analyze enforcement developments affecting Roblox regionally and internally advise leadership.
• Listen to concerns of parents, caregivers, and educators, providing guidance on safety and policy.
• Collaborate with Legal & Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications teams on emergencies and escalations.
