Job summary

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking litigation Law Clerks for its Livingston office. The Law Clerk works under the direction of the Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.

The firm emphasizes opportunities to develop into associates with client interaction and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Qualified candidates will perform legal research, assist with depositions, and coordinate with witnesses and clients.

Qualifications

• Duties include legal research; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts and other counsel.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers and other staff.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking litigation Law Clerks for its Livingston office. The Law Clerk works under the direction of the Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration, or mediation.
