The Office provides opportunities to work in a wide range of subject areas and to develop skills in consumer protection, government representation, civil rights, and more under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a law student.
• Eligibility to pursue a 711 license to appear in court under supervision (encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Investigate facts, review documents, research legal issues, and draft memoranda, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Work closely with attorneys in Chicago, Springfield, Urbana, or regional offices.
