Job summary

Mercy in Springfield, MO is seeking a Laundry Associate for the Enterprise Laundry facility. The role involves processing soiled and clean linen, operating washers, dryers, ironers and folders, and performing dry folding tasks. No prior experience is required, and you may assist in the sewing room as needed.

• Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Responsible for soiled linen shake out, feeding ironers, dry folding of linen, may assist in sewing room as needed. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time. Physical demands are attached plus push/pull 40#, grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: Washers, dryers, ironers, folders.
