Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Laundry Worker to maintain clean linens and garments in a long-term care facility. You will operate laundry equipment, ensure sanitary practices, and provide friendly service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing items, while adhering to infection control policies and safety guidelines. Prior laundry experience is a plus, and the role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies may apply.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
