Job summary

Southeast Health is hiring a Laundry Worker I to operate flatwork ironers, folders, spreaders and other laundry equipment for processing and finishing linens. You will perform hand folding, stacking and separating of various linens, and keep work areas and equipment clean.

The role requires high school education as a preference, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow oral and written directions.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Drivers License required.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to learn operation of mechanical laundry equipment.
