Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures’ Hinckley Laundry is seeking a Laundry Technician to operate machines, sort linens, and support drivers across properties with a focus on productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong attendance record, and the ability to work in a production environment. A pre-employment screen and Indian preference considerations apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to pass skills assessment.
• 6 months of commercial laundry or production experience preferred.
• Completion of a related company-approved development placement program.
• Good hand-eye coordination; be self-motivated; a team player; schedule flexibility.
• Must pass company pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsabilités

• Operates washing machines, dryers, and folding machines per capacity and manufacturer guidelines.
• Pre-sorts linens; locates damaged items; stores clean and folded linens appropriately.
• Assists in training at workstations to maximize production.
• Assists Grindstone Laundry Driver(s) with loading/unloading and weighing linens.
• Notify Supervisor of incidents or conflicts affecting operations or customer service.
• Comply with Grindstone Laundry inspection processes and energy/safety regulations.
• Maintain alignment with company mission, values and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties to contribute to team success.
