Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Laundry Worker to operate laundry equipment for finishing flatwork and tumble-dried goods. You will fold, maintain, and provide cleaned linen to the operations, while keeping work areas clean and organized.

You will support loading linens onto trucks and assist with supply monitoring under supervisor guidance. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high production laundry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and sorts soiled linen into designated classifications.
• Operates automatic cart washer and removes linen carts from exit.
• Operates flatwork ironer, small piece folders and folds linen to standards.
• Responsible for quality control and meeting customer quality expectations.
• Identify linen distribution carts with proper labels and tags; cover all carts prior to transport.
• Fold and store linen to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist truck driver to load linen and materials on the truck.
• Inform lead or supervisor on par level or quantity of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the work area.
