Job summary

Azalea Health is seeking a dedicated Laundry Technician to join our care-focused team. You will handle all laundry tasks following infection-control guidelines, sort items, wash, dry, fold and return clean resident clothing to the proper rooms and supply areas.

Prior laundry or housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of industrial washers/dryers is a bonus; we offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive, faith-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles all laundry in accordance with infection control and State guidelines.
• Sorts laundry into appropriate categories for washing.
• Washes, dries, folds and hangs all laundry neatly and properly.
• Returns clean resident laundry to appropriate rooms and supply areas.
• Ensures names are in Resident clothing.
• Duties as assigned
