Job summary

Hampr in Los Angeles is hiring a Delivery Driver to be the face of the brand on your route, picking up and delivering laundry and dry-cleaning orders across your territory with care and professionalism. You will work independently, coordinate with the operations team, keep the vehicle clean, and ensure timely arrivals and accurate stop sequencing.

The role requires a valid license, 5+ years of route delivery, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional delivery or route-driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with clear, professional communication.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing professionalism.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Mature, responsible, and safety-conscious behavior.
• Strong people skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Pick up and delivery of laundry orders on assigned route.
• Load and unload laundry bags safely and in an organized manner.
• Verify all bundles are correctly loaded for your route before departure & laundry return.
• Coordinate with the operations team on route changes, delays or customer escalations.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle.
• Manage route logistics including stop sequencing, time management, and real-time communication of delays or ETAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
