Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage operations in the Laundry department. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, create schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high levels of customer service. A Bachelor’s degree or similar experience is required. This position involves working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Laundry department staff.
• Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs.
• Ensure customer service standards are followed by all team members.
• Implement corrective action for any deficient areas.
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed diligently.
