Primary Role: Linen Technician responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of linen within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the Linen Distribution Manager (LDM) to complete tasks such as delivering clean linen, collecting soiled linen, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Manage linen inventory levels, organize storage areas, and record data accurately using tablets or sheets.
• Respond to customer service calls professionally and promptly.
• Report linen misuse or abuse, and maintain a clean linen room.
• Transport carts safely, build back to prescribed levels, and manage top-off carts.

Additional Duties

Perform other assigned tasks and handle both clean and soiled linen in accordance with policies.

Certifications
