Woodhouse Spa - Arbor Lakes in Minnesota is hiring part- and full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialists. You will ensure clean linens, tidy guest areas, and support a flawless guest experience. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
• Operates the tools and products necessary to deliver the freshest laundry in the spa
• Greets each guest with a smile
• Manoeuvres the spa with ease and grace while collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members
• Maintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated locations
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless
• Uses the right tools to clean floors and powder rooms daily
• Is the sanitation police and ensures damp/moist areas are treated with extra care
• Greets every guest with a smile and maintains a welcoming environment
• Keeps the break room in order and never leaves dishes in the sink
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand ensuring areas comply with Woodhouse standards
• Takes pride in work to ensure each guest has the best experience
• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
