Job summary

Forest City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Forest City, PA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant. Full-time schedule 5:30 AM–3:30 PM, every other weekend. Pay rate $11–$13 per hour. Join our team to keep a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include following housekeeping and laundry procedures, maintaining sanitation, and using cleaning supplies and equipment properly. Benefits and education assistance available.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning/laundry experience preferred.
• Familiar with cleaning materials and equipment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and team-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping and laundry procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
• Perform routine cleaning and organizing duties as assigned.
• Use cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials properly.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures.
