Job summary

Glenview Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a housekeeping staff member to perform day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards. You will handle a wide range of cleaning tasks in patient and common areas under direction from supervisors.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred.
• One year’s work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.
• Understanding of laundry/housekeeping procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly facility.
• Receives assignments from supervisor and follows cleaning schedules.
• Cleans floors, walls, fixtures, and furnishings; replaces light bulbs and maintains cleanliness of various areas.
