MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring an Equipment Operator to manage and monitor industrial laundry systems, including a minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryers.

This role reports to the Director of Laundry Operations and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy in completing each laundry batch. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, fluent English, and proven experience with industrial laundry equipment.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryers according to procedures.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Monitor computer systems to track progress of laundry batches through the tunnel and dryer systems.
• Adjust settings to achieve optimal cleanliness and dryness of laundry.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to maintenance as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow safety procedures.
