Hotel Teatro in Denver's Theater District is seeking a part-time Laundry Attendant to process linens and uniforms with care, upholding our boutique hotel standard under Sage Hospitality. You will operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment, inspect for damage, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting a refined guest experience throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linen; follow safety practices.

• Follow hazardous chemical procedures and separate bloodied linen.
• Inspect linen for tears or sub-standard conditions and remove from inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues and supplies needed.
• Stock linen carts and prepare for guest room delivery.

Job Overview

The Laundry Attendant at Hotel Teatro processes linens, towels, and uniforms with care and efficiency, ensuring that every item returned to guests and associates reflects the clean, refined quality that Hotel Teatro upholds throughout the property.

This associate performs essential laundry operations with thoroughness and attention to detail, contributing to the seamless, high-standard housekeeping program that supports Hotel Teatro's boutique guest experience.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and sort soiled linen into appropriate containers following all safety practices.
• Process sorted linen utilizing the washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeder/folders ensuring finished product is inspected and meets quality standards.
• Follow all hazardous chemical procedures and ensure bloodied linen does not return to supplies.
• Inspect linen on a regular basis for tears, holes or sub-standard conditions and remove from guest inventory.
• Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Empty lint traps after each load to ensure safety of equipment and building.
• Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment, supplies needed, damaged linens, to ensure laundry operation is running at maximum efficiency level.
• Ensure linen carts are stocked and prepared to be delivered to guest room floors.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
