Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundry cleaning in line with brand standards and guest service expectations.

You will sort, pre-treat soiled linen, operate washers and dryers, fold and store towels, and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working varied shifts; eligibility for benefits includes health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k, travel discounts, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
