Job summary

TKO Employment Services Delaware LLC's hotel client seeks a Laundry Attendant to process linens, towels, and guest clothing, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing items according to hotel standards.

You will assist with inventory, maintain equipment, keep the laundry area clean and organized, and support housekeeping as needed. Evening and weekend availability, standing for long periods, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• No formal education needed.
• Prior housekeeping experience desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat linen for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Maintain equipment and clean the laundry area.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improvements.

Our Laundry Attendant is responsible for processing and handling all linens, towels, and guest clothing in a timely and efficient manner. They sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute these items while adhering to established hotel standards and safety protocols. Additionally, laundry attendants may assist with inventory management, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized laundry area.
