Ellis Island Hotel- Koval Lane Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant in Las Vegas to wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels, maintaining quality standards in a clean facility. The role reports to hotel management and is based on-site at the Koval Lane location.

The ideal candidate can work independently, pays close attention to detail, and communicates clearly using radios to coordinate with staff.

Qualifications

• Laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Sort dirty laundry by fabric type, color, and washing requirements.
• Select appropriate wash cycles and add detergents, softeners, and bleach.
• Pre-treat stained items before washing.
• Choose proper drying times and temperatures.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens and towels.
• Inspect items for stains, tears, or wear and remove damaged items from circulation.
• Clean laundry equipment, lint traps, and laundry room areas.
• Stock clean linens for hotel porters and maintain towel inventory.
• Use radio communication to coordinate with team members and respond to requests.

Job Description

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, organizing, and distributing hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items while maintaining quality standards and a clean, safe laundry facility.
