Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Kalispell is seeking a dependable, part-time Linen Assistant to support daily hotel operations. You will sort, wash, fold, and stock guest room and F&B linen, follow safety standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, spotless linens for guest satisfaction.

The role requires good communication, the ability to work nights or weekends, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Training is provided in a friendly environment focused on guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel linen handling is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety and chemical use guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

What you will be doing

• Sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and stock guest room and Food & Beverage linen
• Know and follow the operating functions of all equipment, reporting any damage, hazards or defective equipment to a supervisor
• Utilize chemicals used in washing, controlling quantities of supplies as recommended by chemical supplier with approval of Executive Housekeeper
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet documents and management company Safety Standards

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
