Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to perform laundry cleaning activities in line with brand and sustainability standards, ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves sorting, loading, operating washers/dryers, and maintaining equipment, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Candidate should be able to handle standing for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and support housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
