Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Laundry Attendant in Southington, CT to perform laundry cleaning tasks in line with brand standards and guest service expectations. You will sort, treat, and launder linens, operate washers and dryers, and maintain clean work areas to support guest satisfaction.

This role may require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working varied shifts, including holidays or weekends. The company offers benefits and growth opportunities within HHM Hotels.

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
