Job summary

White Lodging's Kimpton Santo hotel seeks a dedicated Laundry Attendant to ensure guest satisfaction through clean linens and prompt service. You will operate laundry equipment, load and unload machines, and fold items to standard specifications while maintaining a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• The candidate will deliver high-quality guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests in laundry.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment per procedures.
• Load and unload washers and dryers without overloading.
• Fold linen using folding machine and ironer if needed.
• Stock and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• The laundry attendant will always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures, like the laundry room checklist.
• Properly load and unload washers and dryers being careful not to overload either machine.
• Fold linen in accordance with established procedures and use a folding machine and feed ironer if needed
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
