Job summary

Hyatt Place Post Falls, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Laundry Attendant to ensure proper washing, drying, folding, and organization of hotel laundry and linens while maintaining high cleanliness and efficiency.

The role supports the housekeeping team to provide guests with a comfortable, well-maintained hotel experience, with flexible shifts and a requirement to work Sundays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
  • Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
  • Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS. Both AM/PM Shifts are available.

Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the proper washing, drying, folding, and organization of hotel laundry and linens while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and efficiency. The Laundry Attendant operates laundry equipment, follows established linen care procedures, maintains a safe and clean work environment, and supports the housekeeping team as needed. This position plays an important role in providing guests with comfortable and well-maintained hotel experience.
