Responsibilities

• Sort laundry items according to color, fabric type, and washing requirements to prevent damage and ensure optimal cleaning.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment following safety and operational guidelines.
• Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues to management.
• Fold, iron, and organize clean laundry for distribution to guest rooms, dining areas, or other departments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including routine cleaning of machines and workspaces.
• Track laundry inventory and notify supervisors when supplies such as detergents or linens need replenishment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
