Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain clean and sanitary linens and towels for our guests. You will wash, dry, sort, fold and inspect items while keeping the laundry area organized and stocked.

You will provide courteous service with a friendly attitude, follow verbal directions, handle detergents and chemicals safely, and may assist with rooms or public spaces as needed. Join a team recognized for its values and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for our guests including but not limited to washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains.
• Ensures laundry area is kept clean and organized, maintains stock and inventory.
• May be asked to assist cleaning rooms/public space when needed.
• Provides courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.

BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:
